Processing Times Made to Order: All products are custom printed and fulfilled upon order. Please allow 2β4 business days for processing before shipment. Business Days: Processing times exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping Times United States: 5β7 business days (after processing) Canada: 7β10 business days (after processing) International Orders: 10β20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be applied at checkout. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery progress in real time. Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. JBI Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, JBI Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. Returns Due to Delivery Issues If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. Fulfillment Locations Orders may be shipped from one of our fulfillment partnersβ facilities in the U.S. (Charlotte, NC) or Europe (Riga, Latvia), depending on availability and destination.
