At JBI Apparel, we take pride in creating and delivering premium, faith-inspired fashion worldwide. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will arrive. Processing Times Made to Order: All products are custom printed and fulfilled upon order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. Business Days: Processing times exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping Times United States: 5–7 business days (after processing) Canada: 7–10 business days (after processing) International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

💡 Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be applied at checkout. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery progress in real time. Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. JBI Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, JBI Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. Returns Due to Delivery Issues If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. Fulfillment Locations Orders may be shipped from one of our fulfillment partners’ facilities in the U.S. (Charlotte, NC) or Europe (Riga, Latvia), depending on availability and destination.
