Fulfillment & Shipping

All JBI Apparel products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted production partners located in the United States (Charlotte, NC) and Europe (Riga, Latvia). Orders are shipped directly to customers.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Delivery Delays

Undeliverable Packages

If an international package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
